Animation & Motion Graphics work for brands
Here is how it works; (usually)
First I get the brief (or sometimes when necessary I work on the brief alongside the client) 
I start with initial sketches & I make a Storyboard  sequence  (sketches of what is going to happen in the video)  & a couple of Style frames (think of them as screenshots from the final project). Once both of these are green lit, if there is a script & VO I edit an Animatic (Storyboards but edited as a video with sound to show how the project would look like). Once this is green lit I go ahead & start the heavy lifting within the animation/motion teams.
